What Matters A Hole In The Wall In Durdle Door

Traveling along the coast in the south of England we went for a stroll to Durdle Door. The Durdle Door arch and beach are part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and belong to the Lulworth Estate.

We accessed the shingle beach on foot via a path and steps down from the Car Park (located on the cliff top at Durdle Door Holiday Park.). We walked along the shore to the other end to see another ‘hole in a wall’ which will probably look the same as the Durdle Door arch in a few thousands of years.
Dogs are allowed on the beach which enabled a pleasant day out for them, too. The Marine Conservation Society recommended the beach for excellent water quality.
